As the co-founder and artistic director of Enigma Dance Company, Jay has been highly involved with the art of Dance for the past 10 years. His dance training includes Salsa/Mambo, Latin Ballroom, Hip-Hop and Break Dance. The combination of his teaching techniques, strict form, clean line of movement and graceful styling is what makes his repertoire unique and a great learning experience to others. As one of the pioneers of dancing "ON2" in Toronto, Jay is known to be one of the most influenced and sought after Salsa/Mambo dancer, performer, choreographer and instructor in Toronto. His ability to pick up turn patterns, footwork, body movements and yet modify these components to his own original form along with combined elements of quick, graceful movements presents his dancing to explode at any given time to show you some of the spunkiest, intricate turn patterns and shines, leaving most awestruck.
